Learning

It's essential for me to get to know you and your business from the inside out so that the web copy I write sounds like it's coming directly from you! We'll hop on a Skype call first-thing to help me understand you and your needs better. You'll get a 3 page questionnaire to help you brainstorm and convey your brand goals and target customer to me before our Skype roadmapping call. And, you'll gain a new business visionary and encouraging friend (Oh ya, that's me!)

Planning

I dig into what's already written for the page as well as all the information on the rest of site to figure out how we can crystallize and convey your message for maximum conversion. I research your competitor's websites and familiarize myself with the offerings available to your target customers and how they are portrayed on the web.

I stay in constant communication with you to answer any questions via email, & I let you know when each phase of the project is complete.

Creating

This is the fun part! In the creation phase I write, write, write and write some more!

Once I'm done writing, you receive a Google Document with every single piece you'll need for a killer website! This includes page titles, meta tags, headlines, body text, sub-content, calls-to-action, buttons, and color/font formatting notes, and more! Plus, encouraging emails from me reminding you that this mucky editing process is soooo worth it in the end, and that your website is going to be awesome when all is said and done!

Editing

You fill in your notes/concerns/changes in the spreadsheet, send it back to me, and I make revisions. There are up to two rounds of revisions included.

I then submit the Final draft of the page copy spreadsheet to you. Most of my clients just forward my spreadsheet on to their web developer because it is so clear and detailed, which saves them time communicating what they want to the developer.

Launching

I don't disappear after I send you the Final Draft!

I'll be here come launch time to ensure that everything is formatted properly, running smoothly, and converting well. I help you with small adjustments to improve the site after testing it out for a weeks.

I'm always here to answer any questions you may have! You get priority email access (typically a 48 hour response time) within the first two weeks after your launch. Oh, and did I mention you'll have a new friend?
